How to remove yourself from MyLife

2. Have these ready: full_name, email, phone.
3. Submit the form via the on-page form.

If the form fails, email privacy@mylife.com and cite CCPA/CPRA §1798.135(c) (or GDPR Article 17 if outside the US).
